We know how hard it is to find a provider accepting new patients in New York City, especially one where you feel comfortable and supported, so I am pleased to announce that I am changing course slightly by adding to our practice a new physician assistant, Laura Wisniewski, solely to see patients who are not enrolling in my new concierge program.
This means that patients do not need to find a new provider outside of Lyon Primary Care if they prefer to remain a traditional patient. As a PA, Laura will serve as the dedicated provider to traditional patients.
With extensive experience in a variety of clinical disciplines, Laura has diverse experience in both acute and chronic conditions, exercise, nutrition, gastroenterology, urgent care, physical exams, stroke, hypertension, and a variety of other procedures. We are delighted to add her to the team and give you the latitude many have requested to stay in our practice.
our concierge program begins on December 1st, after which traditional care will shift to Laura, and I will exclusively see concierge members. If at any time in the future you wish to transition to concierge membership with me, you will be more than welcome to enroll. Until then, we’re confident traditional patients will be in good hands with Laura.

We accept the majority of health insurance plans. However, there are exceptions. Before registering, please carefully check our list of insurances to see if yours is among them. If you don't see your plan, or if you have any questions about insurance, our office will be happy to assist you
